Having had 20 years in leading and developing teams, I have spent recent years studying the different attributes that make teams great.
We all know that a great team is much more than the sum of its individual parts and talents, and the art is in realising the full potential of the team. I work with teams to understand their own potential and realise the best approach for them to achieve it. This varies from team to team, and company to company.
It all starts with communication, understanding who each of the individuals are, their common purpose, goals and values. Taking this as a framework you can then build on it an on-going communication structure that creates a leadership environment for all individuals in the team to thrive, contribute and grow. Working with each client I build a unique and personal approach tailored to the organisation and the individuals within the team.
